Designed to bring a high-end feel to a starter-home layout, this Raleigh, NC build by Evans Contracting Group uses a bright, edited palette to make each room feel open and considered. Crisp white cabinetry and walls amplify the natural light, while Retrospect – Lily Pond gives the interior a warmer foundation.

Why This Floor Works

Lily Pond’s soft wheat-gold hue and gentle beige undertones keep the Raleigh home from feeling overly stark. The 9-1/8″ extra-wide planks also reduce visual seams across the open living and kitchen areas, helping a modest footprint read as calmer and more expansive.
