Build a parade home in three and a half months? Rock Creek Builders was up for the challenge!

Nestled in the Hi-Mount historic district of Raleigh, NC, this custom build was started in June and completed just in time for the Triangle Parade of Homes in October. During the Parade, this home won gold for its craftsmanship and curated design.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by statement details that were not forgotten in the tight schedule. A custom herringbone entry crafted by our FloorMade team in Mont Rochard Versailles grounds the bright space and sets the tone. Versailles flooring continues throughout the home, giving a calm and warm foundation for the transitional design.
