Limited Structural Integrity Warranty
RW Supply+Design (RW+) warranties its Engineered Flooring products, in their original manufactured condition, to be free from defects in construction: lamination, milling, dimension, and assembly. RW+ products will remain free from these structural defects for life provided they are installed in accordance with our installation guidelines and maintained in a controlled environment as outlined in our installation guidelines. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods and is not transferable.
Limited Finish Warranty
RW+ hereby warrants to the Buyer that the factory-applied finish of the engineered wood floor will not wear through or lose adhesion to the bare wood because of normal use for the duration of the warranty period as stated for the individual product at the time of purchase (3-year, 5-year, 25-year, etc.) Diminished gloss, scratches, and dents are not considered wear-through of the finish. In the event the finish wears through or releases from the engineered wood floor, RW+ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected planks or selected area.
