2 New Products for Real Wood Floors!

Real Wood Floors is excited to offer two new premium adhesive products for your engineered flooring needs. Real Wood Adhesive is a low V.O.C., low solvent, no water, one component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive. Designed for application over both concrete or wood, Real Wood Adhesive also offers easy trowel application and can be used to install engineered wood flooring, solid hardwood planks, and parquet floors. Real Wood Cohesive is a 2 in 1 urethane adhesive and concrete sealer for use with engineered and parquet floors. One advantage to our cohesive is its dense moisture barrier, not allowing liquid to seep in underneath. Wood Floors Add Significant Value to The Home

In a survey conducted by the National Wood Flooring Association that involved real estates agents across the country, the agents noted that wood floors can add significant value to your house. For example, if a homeowners house is valued at $200,000 and $10,000 is invested in hardwood flooring the house will increase in value to $220,000 that increases the homeowners investment 100%, not bad. The real estate agents that were surveyed also noticed houses sell faster when a house have had hardwood floors installed.
